Quick guide Steps, example & tips
  1. Step 1

Add your JPG, PNG or WebP images.

  2. Step 2

Enter the required format, maximum file size and maximum dimensions. Select Check requirements.

  3. Step 3

Review the report, process to fix mismatches, then check the result before downloading.

Try this example

For a form accepting JPG up to 200 KB, choose JPG and 200 KB. Enter dimension limits only if the form specifies them.

What should I check?

A pass covers only the limits you entered. It cannot check background, identity or every rule of another website.

Good to know

Enter the maximum file size, output format and optional maximum dimensions, then choose Check requirements. The report identifies format, file-size and dimension mismatches. Process images to fix them and check the actual output. This checks only the limits you enter, not another website’s complete acceptance rules.

Up to 20 JPG, PNG or WebP images, 20 MB each. Read the image guide or explore all tools.

Check image requirements before submitting a form

Compare JPG, PNG and WebP images with the format, maximum file size and maximum dimensions required by an upload form. Review the report to see which limits need attention.

You can process images to fix mismatches and check the resulting files again. Enter the destination's requirements carefully: the checker evaluates those limits rather than contacting the other website.

Free to use. No sign-up required.

How to use this tool

  1. Add images and choose a preset or enter your own limits.
  2. Check originals to identify format, size or dimension mismatches.
  3. Process the images, check the outputs and download the report and files.

A practical example

If a form accepts JPG up to 200 KB and a maximum width of 600 pixels, enter those requirements together. A 150 KB PNG still fails the JPG requirement even though its file size is small enough.

Before you finish

The check uses maximum dimensions, not an exact-dimension or face/background test. Read the destination’s full instructions and inspect the final image.

Frequently asked questions

Does a pass guarantee another website will accept the image?

No. A pass covers only the size, format and dimension limits you entered. It does not verify identity, background, content or every rule of another website.

Can I check more than one image?

Yes. Add a batch and review the result for each image. The image workspace supports up to 20 files, 20 MB each.

What should I do after fixing an image?

Check the actual output size and dimensions, rerun the requirements check and inspect the image before submitting it.
